Does your dealership subscribe to ALIGN?
When a dealership becomes an active ALIGN subscriber, eligible salespeople at that store may receive professional access as part of the dealership subscription. Your profile, reviews, and history are never erased when your dealership joins.
Your profile is always yours.
Reviews, certifications, referral history, and personal QR identity are portable if you change dealerships.
Customer records follow the dealership.
Customers generated while you were affiliated with a dealership are associated with that store's subscription — consistent with applicable law and contract terms.

Do I need a credit card to start the 90-day trial?
No. The 90-day trial requires individual verification but no payment information until you choose a subscription tier.
What happens if my dealership joins ALIGN?
When your dealership becomes an active ALIGN subscriber, your professional access may become included as part of the dealership subscription. Your profile, reviews, and history are preserved.
What happens if I change dealerships?
Your professional profile, reviews, certifications, and personal referral history are portable. Customer records associated with your previous dealership remain accessible based on that dealership's subscription status.
Can I share one account across a sales team?
No. Each ALIGN Professional account must be verified to a real individual professional. Generic or shared accounts (Sales Team, Internet Department, AI Assistant, etc.) are not eligible and will be rejected.
Are prices editable?
Yes — ALIGN administrators can adjust tier pricing, limits, and features without code changes. Prices shown here are current as of publication.
What is the fair-use policy on the Unlimited plan?
The Unlimited plan covers profiles received through normal individual professional activity. Mass-assignment, automated profile generation, or activity inconsistent with a single individual professional is subject to review and suspension.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless you select an annual plan. You may cancel before the next billing cycle.
