ALIGN is a guided vehicle matching and appointment platform. ALIGN is not a dealership, broker, or vehicle seller. ALIGN facilitates guided vehicle matching, consumer privacy, dealer appointment opportunities, and pass-through dealership offers. ALIGN does not sell vehicles, set vehicle prices, or collect vehicle sales commissions.
Consumers may use the ALIGN platform to complete a lifestyle assessment, receive vehicle match recommendations, and optionally connect with participating dealerships. Consumers are not required to provide contact information to complete the initial quiz. Consumers control when their information is shared with participating dealerships.
Dealerships participate in the ALIGN platform by subscribing to defined market territories and receiving guided buyer profiles. Dealers may submit appointment offers on specific stock numbers. Dealerships are responsible for the accuracy of their pricing, availability, and any representations made during the appointment process.
Salesperson access to the ALIGN platform is provided at no cost. Salespeople receive a personal attribution link and QR code. Attribution is tracked for quiz traffic, completions, and appointment influence originating from salesperson distribution channels.
Vehicle pricing, availability, financing options, incentives, taxes, fees, trade-in values, and final transaction terms are provided by and are the sole responsibility of participating dealerships. ALIGN does not set, guarantee, or represent any vehicle pricing or availability. All final transactions occur directly between consumers and participating dealerships.
ALIGN protects consumer contact information and maximum budget from dealer access until consumers choose to move forward. Consumers may review the ALIGN Privacy Promise for full details regarding information handling, storage, and consumer controls.
ALIGN facilitates connections between consumers and dealerships and is not a party to any vehicle purchase transaction. ALIGN makes no warranties regarding vehicle availability, dealership conduct, pricing accuracy, or transaction outcomes. Use of the ALIGN platform is at the user's own risk.
ALIGN reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
